High School Social Studies, Website Applications, and Mobile Applications Development Teacher
Introduction:
My name is Mrs. Aaron. I graduated from Tarleton State University, and I have 18 years of teaching experience. I am certified to teach grades 6-12 Business Administration, Geography, History, Government, Economics, and grades 4-8 English Language Arts and Reading, Science, and Social Studies.
I taught high school World History and Business Computer Information Systems (BCIS) at Clifton High School and World Geography, World History, U.S. History, Accounting, and Business Law at Hico High School. I also taught BCIS and Customer Service to incarcerated adults within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
For the past six years, I have taught English Language Arts and Reading, Science, and Social Studies to 4th and 5th graders, and Reading to 6th graders here at Cranfills Gap ISD. This year I will be teaching World Geography, World History, U.S. History, U.S. Government, Economics, Website Applications, and Mobile Applications Development.
The most important standard I set for myself is to teach our students in the same manner that I would like my own children to be taught. I understand the impact a teacher can have on a student. Therefore, I believe in treating all students with kindness and respect.
I love teaching at Cranfills Gap ISD because of the close-knit, family-like school culture. The staff have dedicated their lives to caring for and educating the children of community. I can’t think of a better place to work. It is truly my home away from home.
