Would you like to know your child’s scores before our district gets the printed STAAR reports? You can now access their scores online if you know their Unique ID#.  A tool is available for you to find out their unique ID# by putting in their first name, birthdate, and PEIMS ID#. Their "PEIMS" id number is what the state calls student social security numbers. Go to www.texasassessment.com

Click on the “For Families” tab at the top of the page.
Click on the red box that says "Login to Student Portal". You will have to say “OK” that you are leaving the site.
If you have your child’s unique ID number, you can input it now along with their birthdate.
If you don’t know it, click “Look up Access Code” and enter the requested information.
Remember PEIMS ID# is your child’s social security number without the dashes. Your student’s access code will be populated once you have entered the information. You can hit “Go” and see their scores. The state has changed the Confidential Student Report and has information on how you can interpret it.
